01Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, “account” means the personal player profile created to access Pajaktoto; “bonus” means promotional funds, free spins, cashback, odds boosts, or another promotional benefit; “deposit” means money credited through an accepted payment method; “wager” means a stake placed on a casino game, lottery product, arcade title, sporting event, or live football market; and “withdrawal” means an approved transfer from a Pajaktoto balance to a verified payment method.

Words in the singular include the plural where appropriate. Section headings are provided for convenience and do not limit the meaning of a clause. Where Pajaktoto publishes product-specific rules, bonus terms, or market rules, those additional rules apply together with these Terms & Conditions.

02Account Eligibility and Registration

You may register with Pajaktoto only if you are at least 21 years old, have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement, and are permitted to participate in online gambling under laws applicable to your location. Employees, contractors, game suppliers, and persons able to influence an event or game outcome may be restricted from relevant wagering activity.

Registration details must be complete, current, and accurate. You must not register using another person's identity, payment instrument, telephone number, or email address. Pajaktoto may reject an application, restrict an account, or request evidence of age, identity, address, source of funds, or payment ownership where reasonably required for security and compliance.

Only one Pajaktoto account is permitted per player unless written approval is provided. Duplicate, linked, or misleading accounts may be closed. Funds or promotional benefits obtained through duplicate registration may be withheld where the activity breaches these terms.

03Account Security and Identity Checks

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Pajaktoto username, password, verification codes, and device access. You must notify Pajaktoto promptly if you suspect unauthorised activity. Transactions completed through valid account credentials may be treated as authorised unless investigation shows a platform-side security failure.

Pajaktoto may conduct Know Your Customer, anti-fraud, and payment verification checks before or after a deposit, wager, bonus claim, or withdrawal. Requested documents must be genuine, legible, and unaltered. Refusal or failure to provide reasonable verification may result in delayed transactions, account restrictions, or closure.

04Deposits, Balances, and Withdrawals

Deposits must be made from a payment source that you are authorised to use. Pajaktoto may set minimum and maximum limits according to payment method, verification level, risk controls, and provider requirements. A displayed processing estimate is not a guaranteed completion time, particularly during bank maintenance, identity review, public holidays, or unusual transaction activity.

• Deposits are not bank deposits and do not earn interest.
• Pajaktoto may refuse third-party payments or return them to the original source.
• Withdrawals ordinarily return to an eligible verified method used for depositing.
• Before withdrawal, Pajaktoto may request identity and source-of-funds evidence.
• Any applicable transaction limit or fee will be displayed or communicated before processing.

Players in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and elsewhere in Malaysia may see different payment availability depending on the relevant provider. DuitNow and e-wallet transfers may be processed quickly, while FPX or bank reviews can take longer. Pajaktoto is not responsible for a delay caused solely by a bank, e-wallet provider, telecommunications failure, or information supplied incorrectly by the player.

05Wagers, Games, Odds, and Results

A wager becomes valid when accepted and recorded by Pajaktoto. You must review the selected event, market, odds, stake, and potential return before confirming. Once accepted, a wager generally cannot be changed or cancelled merely because the player made an error or the market later moved.

Sports bets, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and live football wagers, are settled according to the official result and the applicable market rules. Pajaktoto may correct an obvious pricing, settlement, display, or data-feed error. Where an event is postponed, abandoned, or materially altered, the wager will be handled under the published product rules.

Casino, slot, lottery, and arcade results are determined by the relevant game system, certified random number generator, or live game procedure. If a technical interruption prevents completion, Pajaktoto may void the affected round or restore the account to its position immediately before the error where technically and legally appropriate.

06Promotions, Bonuses, and Wagering Requirements

Every Pajaktoto promotion is subject to its displayed eligibility criteria, minimum deposit, qualifying game, expiry period, maximum benefit, wagering requirement, and withdrawal restriction. A promotion is optional and may not be combined with another offer unless expressly stated.

Bonus funds may be kept separately from cash funds. Certain games or betting markets may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Bonus abuse includes coordinated claims, multiple accounts, low-risk hedging intended solely to release promotional funds, and manipulation of payment reversals. Pajaktoto may remove a bonus and related winnings where evidence reasonably establishes abuse.

Promotional examples, such as an offer of MYR 300 or a percentage deposit match, do not guarantee a profit or successful withdrawal. Players should read the complete offer terms before participating and should never deposit more than they can afford to lose.

07Prohibited Conduct and Fair Use

Pajaktoto must not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or commercially exploitative activity. Prohibited conduct includes:

• collusion, chip dumping, match manipulation, or sharing hidden game information;
• using bots, scripts, automated tools, or unauthorised software to place wagers;
• exploiting a technical fault, incorrect odds, delayed data feed, or obvious display error;
• attempting to disguise identity, location, payment ownership, or source of funds;
• harassing Pajaktoto staff, dealers, support agents, or other players;
• using the service to transfer funds without genuine gambling activity; or
• accessing another person's account or allowing another person to use yours.

Pajaktoto may investigate suspicious activity and temporarily withhold affected transactions while the investigation is conducted. Where necessary, information may be retained or disclosed as described in the Privacy Policy and as required by applicable obligations.

08Responsible Gambling and Player Protection

Pajaktoto is an entertainment service for adults aged 21 and above. Gambling must not be treated as employment, an investment, or a dependable source of income. Players are expected to monitor spending, avoid chasing losses, and take regular breaks.

Pajaktoto may provide deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. A request to self-exclude will be applied according to the selected period and relevant account procedures. A player must not attempt to bypass an exclusion by opening another account. 09Account Suspension and Closure

You may request account closure at any time, subject to settlement of outstanding wagers, verification checks, and any lawful retention requirements. Pajaktoto may suspend or close an account where there is suspected fraud, underage access, identity misuse, prohibited conduct, self-exclusion circumvention, payment reversal, security risk, or a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Where an account is closed without player wrongdoing, an eligible verified cash balance will ordinarily be returned after open wagers and required checks are resolved. Where a breach has produced improper winnings or financial loss, Pajaktoto may adjust the balance to the extent reasonably connected to that breach.

10Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

Pajaktoto aims to provide a stable service but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, network congestion, device compatibility, internet disruption, payment-provider downtime, cyber incidents, and events outside reasonable control may affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pajaktoto is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the service, reliance on odds or statistics, an unsupported device, or a failure outside Pajaktoto's reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11Privacy, Intellectual Property, and Communications

Personal information is handled under the Pajaktoto Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge that identity, transaction, security, and gameplay data may be processed for account administration, fraud prevention, legal compliance, support, and service improvement.

The Pajaktoto name, logo, interface, graphics, original text, and platform software are protected intellectual property. You may use them only as required for ordinary personal access to the service. Copying, scraping, modifying, republishing, or commercially exploiting Pajaktoto content without permission is prohibited.

Operational communications relating to security, account status, transactions, or amendments may be sent using the contact details associated with your account. You must keep those details current.

12Amendments, Complaints, and Contact

Pajaktoto may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect service changes, security requirements, payment developments, responsible gambling standards, or applicable obligations. Material changes will be displayed on the website or communicated through an appropriate account channel. Continued use after an amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you have a complaint, provide your account identifier, a clear description of the issue, relevant transaction or wager references, and the outcome you seek. Pajaktoto will review the available records and respond through its support process. Supporting screenshots should not reveal full passwords, one-time security codes, or complete banking credentials.
